What we collect

When you create a Lantrn account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city (optional), and timezone. As you use Lantrn, we store the content you create — mindset entries, daily tasks, end-of-day reflections, scores, and journal entries — along with your daily activity progress and streak history.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate Lantrn: to show you your own content, to track your streak, to display your position on the community leaderboard (only if you choose to be visible), and to keep your account secure.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party advertisers. We do not use your private entries (mindset, journal, reflections) for marketing or training purposes. Other users can never see your private writing — only your first name, last initial, and current streak appear on the leaderboard, and only if you have leaderboard visibility turned on.

Your control

You can edit your profile, change your password, hide yourself from the leaderboard, or request account deletion at any time from Settings. If you delete your account, your associated content is removed.

Security

Lantrn uses industry-standard authentication and encryption-in-transit. Account access is protected by row-level security so your data is only readable by you.
